The rankings of network comedies for the week of January 20, 2020 are shown below. All of CBS's Thursday night comedies were repeats last week, so they weren't able to retain their usual stronghold of the top five spots. However, we did get two other CBS comedies at #1 and #2 with The Neighborhood and Bob Hearts Abishola. At #3 is NBC's historic Saturday Night Live. It always surprises me to see SNL in the top five given that it doesn't even air till 11:30 at night. Next, Young Sheldon got the #4 spot despite being a repeat which goes to show what a strong following it has. Lastly, ABC's The Connors returned to the top five list at #5. At the other end of the spectrum, Perfect Harmony was once again the worst rated first-run comedy for the third week in a row.
